The manhole (100) has a mono block structural tank (102) made out of concrete and comprising a side wall (106) and a bottom (108). A machinable part (104) is made of mortar and produced at bottom of the structural tank. The machinable part has a face directed toward an opening (110) of the structural tank. The machinable part has a hole (112) extended from a planar face in the direction of the bottom, where the face is hollow in shape. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a machined manhole (2) a method for manufacturing a rough manhole (3) a method for manufacturing a machined rough manhole.
