A method for early diagnostics of development of associated gastroezophagial reflux disease in patients with chronic obstructive lung disease is realized through investigation of biological material, and the levels of interleukins 4 and 6 in blood serum are determined by the method of enzymoimmunoassay, and the level of grelin, and at reliable increase, compared to norm and indices for patients with insulated COPD of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines and the level of ghrelin, associated gastroezophagial reflux disease is diagnosed. |
