A device (1 ) for removing vascular occlusions, comprising a first guide wire (2) suitable to be inserted into a blood vessel (10) so as to be placed in correspondence with the vascular occlusion (10a) and having a head (2a) in ferromagnetic material; an emitter (3a) suitable to emit a magnetic field; a second guide wire (4) suitable to permit the emitter (3a) to be placed inside the blood vessel (10) in correspondence with the vascular occlusion (10a) and on the opposite side with respect to the first guide wire (2) so that the emitter (3a) exerts a restoring force on the first guide wire (2). |
