The present invention relates to a series of products namely cream patisseries and dessert kits, which are made with a no added sugars mix composition. The final products are characterised by a low content of sugars, low glycemic index and low fat content and are prepared by addition of cold and / or hot water and / or skimmed milk and they may be sold as separate units or preferably as part of a dessert kit in combination with other sugar-free confectioneries. The mix composition includes sweeteners such as polyols and intensive sweeteners instead of sucrose, milk proteins, bulking agents such as wheat dextrins and emulsifiers.
