PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation of an unnecessary shutoff of a railroad cross when signal equipment related to a track circuit and operation of a train breaks out.SOLUTION: A system for controlling a railroad crossing of an embodiment includes: a breakout detection means for detecting breakout of a first power supply which is supplied to a track circuit related to control of the railroad crossing and signal equipment related to operation of a rolling stock; a power supply means for supplying a second power supply different from the first power supply to the track circuit related to the control of the railroad crossing when the breakout of the first power supply is detected; and a control means for confirming the presence or absence of a line of the rolling stock by the second power supply which is supplied to the track circuit related to the control of the railroad crossing when the breakout of the first power supply is detected, and controlling alarm notification of the railroad crossing in accordance with the presence or absence of the line. |
