摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an air core coil having unit winding parts having different inner peripheral lengths but having the same outer peripheral length. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic winding machine 10 includes a rotation driving mechanism, a reciprocating movement mechanism, at least one press roller 51, and a conducting wire supply mechanism. The reciprocating movement mechanism has four winding core shafts 31, 32, 33 and 34, which are protruded from the rotation driving mechanism, are integrally rotated around a center of rotation of the rotation driving mechanism, and have their respective axes parallel to the center of rotation. The reciprocating movement mechanism reciprocatingly moves the winding core shafts 31, 32, 33 and 34 between a first position at which the axes of the winding core shafts correspond to an apex position of a substantially rectangular shape surrounding the center of rotation, and two opposed sides connecting among the winding core shafts 31, 32, 33 and 34 serve as an inner peripheral length and an outer peripheral length, and a second position corresponding to an apex position of a substantially trapezoidal shape having the same outer peripheral length as that at the first position and having a long inner peripheral length. The press roller is energized from the outer peripheral side in a direction toward rotation transfer paths of the winding core shafts 31, 32, 33 and 34. The conducting wire supply mechanism continuously supplies a conductive wire 70 to between the winding core shafts 31, 32, 33 and 34, and the press roller 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
