<p>The present invention relates to a sack sealing apparatus having a precission tape cutting structure, comprising: a tape supplying reel (20), disposed on one side of the upper portion of a base (10), for supplying tape in the direction parallel to a sack (A); a supplying guide (30), disposed on one side of the base (10), for guiding the sack (A) in a flattened state; a transferring conveyor (40), disposed corresponding to a plurality of conveying rollers aligned on the upper portion of the base so as to be capable of being rotated by a driving means (12), for holding the front and rear surfaces of the sack (A) and for conveying the sack (A); an end cutting roller (50), disposed to correspond to the upper portion of the base (10) and to be rotatable, for cutting the top end of the sack (A) being conveyed along the transferring conveyor (40); a pre-fold processing roller (60), disposed corresponding to the upper portion of the base (10) on which the end cutting roller (50) is disposed, for forming a plurality of pre-fold lines on the upper side of the sack (A); a first folding member (70), disposed on one side at which the pre-fold processing roller (60) is disposed, for making primary folds along the pre-fold lines on the upper side of the conveyed sack (A); a guide pressing roller (80), disposed to correspond to the base (10) over which the first folding member (70) passes, for pressing the primary folds of the conveyed sack (A); a second folding member (90), disposed on the base (10) over which the guide pressing roller (80) passes, for making secondary folds along the pre-fold lines of the conveyed sack (A) so as to form a double layer; a guiding roller (100), disposed corresponding to the base (10) over which the second folding member (90) passes, for guiding and attaching tape (T) conveyed from the tape supplying reel (20) to the folds of the sack (A); a tape pressing member (110), disposed at one side of the base (10) on which the second folding member (90) is disposed, for pressing the tape (T), which is conveyed from the tape supplying reel (20) and proceeds parallel to the sack (A), and for pressing the folds; a tape cutting member (120), disposed at one side of the base (10) on which the second folding member (90) is disposed, for forming a cutting line (T1) at a terminal preparation point of the tape (T) adhered to the sack (A); and a discharge roller (130), disposed on the base (10), for pressing, conveying, and discharging the conveyed sack (A) to which the tape (T) is adhered. The sack sealing apparatus is characterized in that: a proximity sensor (140), which detects the width of the sack (A) conveyed after the folding process of the sealing portion is performed, is disposed before the position where the guiding roller (100) is placed; an encoder (150), for detecting the amount of rotation of the driving means (12) using the width of the sack and for controlling the operation of the driving means, is disposed on the driving means (12) which rotates the transferring conveyor (40); the tape cutting member (120) temporarily stops the tape (T) being supplied according to a signal detected by the encoder (150), and the stopped tape is configured so that the tape is cut at the time when the stopped driving means is operated. Unlike conventional sack sealing apparatuses, no excess tape is used in adhering and cutting the tape, which is performed using accurate adhesion and cutting positions. Accordingly, tape waste can be significantly reduced. In addition, the thus finally sealed sack enables the user to eliminate the finishing touch on the tape adhered to the sack, thereby improving workability for the sack sealing task and providing a tidy appearance for the packaged sack.</p> |
