PURPOSE: A connecting device for a segment is provided to surely connect the segments without changes in a structure in an existing segment. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device (100) for a segment (10) is inserted into a bolt box (12) of the adjacent segment and includes a first member (110) and a second member (120) connecting the segments. The first member includes a first inclination unit, and the first inclination unit is inclined toward an outer wall of the segment. The first member includes a first plate touching a wall of the bolt box and a first inclined ladder integrally formed on the first plate. The second member includes a second plate facing the first member. The first member and the second member are connected by a connection member.
