PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a thermal sensor and a frying pan handle equipped with a thermal sensing function is provided to prevent beforehand a safety accident from a burn without having a dish cloth and a kitchen glove separately when a user cooks a food by changing a color since the thermal sensor in which a general pigment and a heat sensing ink are mixed reacts. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a thermal sensor and a frying pan handle equipped with a thermal sensing function comprises the following steps: a general pigment is painted in one side of a handle connected to a frying pan (10); a heat sensing unit is formed by painting a heat sensing ink in an upper side of the painted part (20); the heat sensing unit is coated in a coating solution (30); and the heat sensing ink is used as a gold printing salt, a cholesteric liquid crystal, and a metamo color.
