PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft capable of achieving satisfactory hitting feeling and a gravity position closer to a tip.SOLUTION: A shaft 6 includes a tip-side bias layer st and a rear-end-side bias layer sb. A zone in which the front-end-side bias layer is present is set to be a zone T in a shaft axis direction, a zone in which the rear-end-side bias layer is present is set to be a zone B in a shaft axis direction, and a shaft zone inserted into a hosel of a head is set to be a zone H in a shaft axis direction. In this case, one part of the zone T overlaps with the zone H. Also, in the shaft 6, an overlap zone TB where the zone T overlaps with the zone B is present. The entire overlap zone TB is positioned at a side of a shaft rear end Bt rather than the zone H. An axial center position Px of the overlap zone TB is positioned at a shaft tip side rather than a shaft axis direction center position P. |
