PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter capable of automatically forming a knob part even though a user does not push a movable part by hand.SOLUTION: A tape cutter 10 has a movable part 31 moving so as to approach or separate from the fixing part where a tape adhering part 23 is formed, a knob part where adhering faces themselves are affixed is formed in the tape front end part present between the tape adhering part 23 and a cutting blade 33 by making the movable part 31 approach the fixing part. Further, the tape cutter 10 has a first moving structure part moving the movable part 31 to a side separating from the fixing part in the case an adhesive tape is dispensed from an adhesive tape roll 13 while bringing the movable part 31 closer to the fixing part and a second moving structure part moving the movable part 31 to a side coming closer to the fixing part in the case the adhesive tape is cut by the cutting blade 33. |
