摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pine needles soju, carrot soju. or cucumber soju for food is provided to contribute health as smooth taste and each flavor of natural ingredients can be enjoyed while drinking the sojus and to obtain excellent effect in preventing adult chronic diseases as toxicity of a soju is reduced by mixing an extract of the natural ingredients to a general soju. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pine needles soju, carrot soju. or cucumber soju for food comprises the following steps of washing pine needles, carrots, or cucumbers; removing moisture of the washed pine needles, carrots, or cucumbers; cutting the moisture-removed pine needles, carrots, or cucumbers into an appropriate size; drying the cut ingredient at a temperature of 90°C of a hot air drier for about 1 hour to completely remove moisture; dipping the dried pine needles, carrots, or cucumbers in soju at an alcohol concentration of 35 degree, which is a high alcohol concentration degree, at a volume ratio of 1:1; obtaining a pine needles extract, a carrot extract, or a cucumber extract by squeezing the soju dipped pine needles, carrots, or cucumbers with a hover type pulverizer; and mixing each of the pine needles extract, the carrot extract, and the cucumber extract with a general soju at a ratio of 10:0.3 to 0.6.
