PURPOSE: A hybrid system connected with a pollutant treatment device and a hydropower generator is provided to remove floater and solid at the same time by micro and nanobubbles. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid system using rainwater comprises a complex pollutant treatment device(32), a conical rainwater storage tank(29), bubble generators, and a floater storage tank(34). Rainwater passes through a circular pipe(33) of the complex pollutant treatment device by a centrifugal pump(31) to generate centrifugal force. Pollutants are firstly separated by the centrifugal force, and floaters return to a furrow by a discharge valve(35) and pump(36). The pollutants are secondly separated by nanobubbles and micro bubbles generated by the bubble generators, annular pipes and elbow-type bubble nozzles. Micro floaters sucked by a vacuum pump(46) are delivered to the floater storage tank, and returned to the furrow.
