The device has a payload system hosted by a satellite bus (5) and provided with a primary mirror (1). The primary mirror focuses solar energy on a rectifying lens (2), where the primary mirror is a parabolic mirror. Optical cables (3) are connected with the rectifying lens, where the optical cables carry the concentrated light to a focusing lens (4) for broadcasting the solar energy to a satellite or a different location. The primary mirror points toward sun and concentrates the solar energy at a focus point of the mirror, through the rectifying lens.
