The device (10) has a sealed enclosure (14) housing an electric power module (12) and extending in longitudinal direction (X). Maintaining elements (16) hold the module inside the enclosure. Each maintaining element comprises mechanical links e.g. springs (52), connected respectively to unique beams of the module, where a number of the maintaining elements arranged in a same transversal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is an integer less than or equal to 2. The beams are formed of longitudinal beams e.g. sleeper blocks (30), transverse beams e.g. crosspieces (32) and side beams (64).
