HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to improve the performance of heat exchange as coolant tubes and fins are touched and joined completely. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a pair of header tanks, a plurality of coolant tubes (200), and a plurality of fins. The coolant tube is formed into a sheet of clad plate (210) including a clad layer on one surface and a plurality of protruded dimples on the other surface. The coolant tube is formed into a pipe shape of two layers by bending the clad plate. The dimples are arranged inside the coolant tube, and the surface of the coolant tube in which the two layers are in contact is welded by the clad layer.
