PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-base sliding alloy in which brittleness is hard to occur, and whose fatigue resistance is excellent, and to provide a casting device therefor.SOLUTION: In the Al-base sliding alloy 3 including 1 to 15 mass% Si, Si exists in a particle form in the observation field of the Al-base sliding alloy 3, the maximum diameter of the Si grains 5 is set to 0.01 to 7.5 μm, and the total area of the Si grains 5 with a diameter of 5.5 μm or less accounts for 95% or more of the total area of the Si grains 5 existing in the Al-base sliding alloy 3. |
