PURPOSE: A fund management system managing an agent fund and a method thereof are provided to distribute funds between a head office and an agent based on bank statements and to directly deposit the funds to a bank providing an escrow service. CONSTITUTION: An account system host(410) opens and manages each account, receives a credit card payment amount in an exclusive account, and deposits each share of agents for the credit card payment amount and a head office to accounts of the head office and each agent. An operating unit(420) calculates each share based on a distributing rate according to a mutual stipulation between the head office and the agents and requests the deposit of each share to the account system host.
