Device comprises squeezing bush and thrust washer. Squeezing bush case incorporates spring-loaded blocks arranged radially in one plane, on both sides relative to axis. Hydraulic cylinder and retainer are arranged opposed in perpendicular plane. Said blocks and retainer have holes. Flexible element is fitted in said holes.
