PURPOSE: High elastic nonwoven fabric for cushion is provided to facilitate production and reduce cost by using thermal bonding composite fiber and general polyester single fiber. CONSTITUTION: High elastic nonwoven fabric for cushion manufactured with thermal bonding composite fiber which is formed with thermoplastic polyester elastomer having a melting point of 150-160°C and inherent viscosity of 1.0-2.0 and polyester having a melting point of 255-265°C and inherent viscosity of 0.45-0.80. The composite fiber is the thermal bonding composite fiber of circular eccentricity side-by-side type. The composite fiber is the thermal bonding composite fiber of the eccentricity side-by-side type of hetero hollow.
