PURPOSE: A photosensitive resin composition is provided to form a pattern easily by increased hardening property, heat resistancy, and chemical resistancy. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a photopolymerizable compound and (b) a photopolymerization initiator. The (B) photopolymerization initiator comprises an oxime ester compound expressed in a chemical formula 1 below. From the chemical formula 1, R^1 is a selected group of mononalent organic group, amino group, halogen, nitro group and cyano group, m is 0-4 integers, p is 0 or 1, R^2 comprises substituent or no substituent phenyl group or carbazolyl group, and R^3 is a hydrogen atom or C1-6 alkyl group.
