PURPOSE: A line roller preventing the fishing line of a spinning reel from being twisted is provided to reduce twisting of a fishing line which is generated up to one time when a rotor makes one revolution and the fishing line is wound around a spool once by an angle made by the spool and the rotor when the fishing line is wound around the spool of a spinning reel and by a frictional force generated when the fishing line touches the line roller and limiting the loosening of the fishing line. CONSTITUTION: A line roller preventing the fishing line of a spinning reel from being twisted gets to have the capability to eliminate the twisting of a fishing line by being equipped with a protrusion layer. The line roller can eliminate the twisting of the fishing line by implementing the following procedures: having an angle and a slope in the horizontal direction and a slope with an angle in the vertical direction by taking a point, where the fishing line of the line roller passes, as a central point; forming a protrusion layer with a structure which gradually decreases along the direction from a starting point of the line roller protrusion layer rotating to the left to the rear of the rotation direction; enabling the sliding force of the fishing line, which touches the protrusion layer when the line roller is rotated, to be generated in the reverse direction of twisting torque; and enabling the torque, which was accumulated when the fishing line of both sides or one of front and rear sides around one protrusion layer was in touch with the roller, to be released at the spool side. |
