PURPOSE: An intelligent road system and a terminal thereof are provided to receive road use information from multiple LEDs arranged in a road or the intelligent road system and to display the road use information for being easily recognized by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A terminal (200) includes a display unit (210), a control unit (230) and an information receiving unit (220). The information receiving unit receives a signal from outside. The control unit is functionally connected with the display unit and the information receiving unit. In case entry of a vehicle is detected in a region supporting an intelligent road system, the control unit controls the information receiving unit to receive road use information and to display the road use information in the display unit.
