PURPOSE: An insulation shutter device is provided to cover a line terminal and an output terminal with an insulation plate and to be independently operable, by attaching an insulation device on a cradle. CONSTITUTION: An insulation shutter device (300) includes a first insulation plate (310) which includes holes at a position corresponding to the terminal of a cradle and has first and second grooves of a square shape at one of the edges; a second insulation plate (320) which includes holes at a position corresponding to the terminal of a cradle and has third and fourth grooves of a square shape at positions facing the first and second grooves; and an actuator (330) which includes a Y-shaped guide projection to be engaged with the first or fourth groove, moves backward along the first or fourth groove and moves the first and the second insulation plates to the left and to the right, respectively.
