PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a power use adjustment system for adjusting power use while protecting privacy of a client.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a first reception part; a determination part; a first transmission part, a second reception part; and a second transmission part. The first reception part receives adjustment limit information from a plurality of first external devices. The determination part determines a plurality of adjustment rules on the basis of the adjustment limit information. The first transmission part transmits the plurality of determined adjustment rules to a second external device and a third external device. The second reception part receives determination information from a fourth external device. When conditions are satisfied by integrated schedule information, the second transmission part transmits the plurality of adjustment rules to the plurality of first external devices. When the conditions are not satisfied by the integrated schedule information, the determination part changes the adjustment rules. When the adjustment rules are changed by the determination part, the first transmission part transmits a plurality of new adjustment rules to the second external device and the third external device. |
