PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing preloading structure for a transmission, in which bearings of a shaft of the transmission can be preloaded appropriately at all times.SOLUTION: A structure is provided for preloading a pair of bearings 3, 4 which is disposed at both sides of a shaft 2 of a transmission, respectively, supports the shaft 2 in a freely rotatable manner and receives thrust force. The structure includes: a rod (first member) 9 interposed between outer races 5, 6 of the pair of bearings 3, 4; and nuts (second members) 10, 11 which are screwed to the rod 9 in a freely adjustable manner and freely energize the pair of outer races 5, 6 in a direction of approaching each other while being guided by the rod 9. |
