PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a novel manufacturing condition for mass-producing a titanium material with a new phase stably and cost-effectively.SOLUTION: The titanium material has undergone the solution treatment and the aging treatment, wherein the total treatment time including the solution treatment and the aging treatment is within 160 hours, the titanium material has a new phase in which a diffraction spot exists on an electron diffraction pattern obtained by the electron microscopy at a position offset from a virtual line connecting between substantial centers of adjacent parent phases, and the diffraction spot of an ω phase does not exist at a position on the virtual line.
