PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid drive device that can be reduced in size in a radial direction, the device having a rotating electrical machine disposed on a second axle parallel to a first axle where a transmission mechanism is disposed.SOLUTION: The hybrid drive device 1 having a motor 40, which is disposed on the second axle AX2 parallel to the first axle AX1 where the transmission mechanism 30 is disposed, includes: a main case 4B that stores the transmission mechanism 30 and the motor 40 and has an opening 4Bc open at an opposite side to an engine in an axial direction of the transmission mechanism 30; and a rear cover 4C closing the opening 4Bc. By disposing the motor 40 to be partially overlapping the rear cover 4C in a view in an axial direction, the motor 40 and the transmission mechanism 30 can be disposed closer to each other, and thereby, the hybrid drive device 1 can be reduced in size in the radial direction. |
