PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant controller capable of reducing work burdens on an operator and improving reliability of operation efficiency of a plant.SOLUTION: An HMI part 1 includes a control constant input processing part 1B for inputting a control constant, a control constant updating data keeping part 1C for keeping the inputted control constant, a control constant transmission processing part 1E for transmitting the control constant to a digital controller 2, a control constant transmission data preservation part 1D for storing the control constant, and a switching part 1G for selectively switching a connection of the control constant transmission processing part and the control constant updating data keeping part or the control constant transmission data preservation part. The digital controller 2 has a digital controller CPU initialization completion detection part 2B for detecting initialization completion of a CPU of the digital controller 2. The switching part switches the connection of the control constant transmission processing part from the control constant updating data keeping part to the control constant transmission data preservation part by a CPU initialization completion detection signal from the digital controller CPU initialization completion detection part. |
