PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress backlash of an operation knob in a lock release state, in a lock device.SOLUTION: A lock mechanism 30 of the lock device 1 includes at least: an operation section 31 moving between a lock release position and a lock position; and a latch 32 separated from a striker 55 fixed to a vehicle by moving the operation section 31 from the lock position to the lock release position; wherein the operation section 31 is kept in the lock release position in the lock release state. An operation knob 10 is united with one end of a first transmission member (rod 20), and the other end of the first transmission member is united with the operation section 31. In a biasing member (torsion spring 60), one end is engaged with the first transmission member, and the other end is engaged with the operation knob 10, and the operation knob 10 is energized, in a predetermined direction, to the first transmission member when at least the lock mechanism 30 is in the lock release state. |
