PURPOSE: A conductive hose heating element and a water tank of a thermal storage tank boiler using the same are provided to save costs of facilities and energy by integrally operating a thermal storage tank and a boiler and to easily handle the same. CONSTITUTION: A conductive hose heating element comprises a synthetic resin hose, a conductive hose (12), a conductive hose heating element, an insulated wire, and a sealing device to seal both ends of the conductive hose. The sealing device is controlled by a conductive hose heating element sealing a sealed screw cap, a conductive hose heating element inducing or blocking an electric field of electromagnetic waves, an electric resistance sensing short wave control device, and a dual wave temperature control device. The conductive hose heating element is controlled by the electric resistance sensing short wave control device and the dual wave temperature control device.
