PURPOSE: A method for surface expression of a target protein in a cell is provided to stably and efficiently express a foreign protein on the surface of the cell, and to be used in a protein array, an antibody production, a bioconversion process, and a foreign protein improvement. CONSTITUTION: A vector for surface expression of a target protein contains DNA containing C-terminal-removed YiaT protein coding gene and a target protein coding gene to express the genes in a fusion protein form. A method for expressing the target protein on the surface of a cell comprises the steps of: preparing the vector; transforming the vector into a host cell; and culturing the transformed cells to express the target protein on the surface. |
