<p>PURPOSE: A heterokaryosis complex coating composition has excellent corrosion resistance and surface electric conductance even small amount of coated material on a steel sheet and has great press lubrication in the process. CONSTITUTION: A heterokaryosis complex coating composition includes titanium - silane heterokaryosis complex compound of 1-10 parts by weight against the solvent of 100.0 parts by weight, titanium - silane heterokaryosis complex of 3-30 parts by weight, polysilicate[polysilicate]compound of 1-10 parts by weight and anti-rust compound[anti-corrosive compound]of 1-10 parts by weight. The heterokaryosis complex coating composition comprises the of the: of 3-30 parts by weight about the solvent of 100.0 parts by weight and the titanium. The titanium - silane heterokaryosis complex compound is indicated in the following chemical formula[(L1) Ti - (IV) (L2) Si (OR) 3]. In the chemical formula 1., the L1 is a two-digit anion ligand[bidentate anion ligand], the L2 is an alkylamine ring structure ligand and the R exhibits a C1-30 alkyl substituent.</p> |
