PURPOSE: A ventilation structure for a building is provided to reduce the costs required for supplying external air to the inside a building and to cool or heat the external air passing through the underground of the building. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation structure for a building comprises an air supply part (200) and a ventilation part (300). One side of the air supply part is exposed to the ground, and the other side is connected to a building to move external air into the building through the underground. The ventilation part is formed in the building to be connected to the air supply part and sends the external air flowing from the air supply part to the building to the inside the building.
