PURPOSE: A heat island effect prevention high intensity environmentally-friendly permeable block using a crushed material of timber, a packing material, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce intensity by using a reinforcement core including a frame function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat island effect prevention high intensity environmentally-friendly permeable block (10) and a packing material comprises as follows. A lower layer block (12) is formed by casting mixed materials including a timber crushed material as a main material on a mold. A reinforcement core (14) including a frame function is arranged in a lattice shape on the upper surface of the lower layer block. The mixed material such as the lower layer block is casted in order to cover a reinforcement core so that an upper layer block (16) is formed. |
