PURPOSE: A water power generator and a wind power generator using an energy shaft are provided to include a plurality of main blades which include a first resistant member and a second resistant member, thereby collecting the kinetic energy even in a case that the flux of fluid is not determined. CONSTITUTION: An energy shaft includes a shaft (10), a plurality of main blades (20), an upper supporting part (50), a bottom supporting part (40), and a driven device (70). The main blades are mounted on the circumference of the shaft and collect the kinetic energy of fluid. The upper support part rotatably supports the upper portion of the shaft. The bottom support part rotatably supports the lower portion of the shaft. The driven device receives the rotating force of the shaft. The plurality of main blades include a first resistant member (21) and a second resistant member (22), respectively. The first resistant member extends from the circumference of shaft so that a first resistant surface (21a) is formed against the flow of fluid. The second resistant member extends from the end of the first resistant member so that a second resistant surface (22a) is formed against the flow of fluid.
