摘要 PURPOSE: A composition containing purple sweet potato extract fermentation is provided to suppress fat accumulation and to reduce PPARgamma and C/EBP alpha expression. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing fat generation and accumulation contains purple sweet potato extract fermentation as an active ingredient. The purple sweet potato extract is isolated using hot water or low alcohol solution of 2-4 carbon atoms. The hot water extract is prepared by isolating at 80-105°C for 0.5-24 hours. The fermentation is prepared by inoculating the extract with Issatchenkia orientalis and fermenting at 25 ~ 40°C for 18-78 hour. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition. A health food for suppressing obesity contains the fermentation as an active ingredient.
