Disclosed is a specialized clamp for welding a copper/aluminium tube, comprising a grinding and cutting clamping die (6) and a backing plate clamping die (3) used concurrently as positive and negative electrodes for welding, wherein the grinding and cutting clamping die is divided into an upper die and a lower die, the upper die and the lower die being of symmetrical structure, and the upper and lower dies respectively comprising a clamping main body at the rear section thereof and a grinding and cutting knife (5) at the front end thereof. The backing plate clamping die is also divided into an upper die and a lower die, the backing plate clamping die having a rigid pad (4) at the front end of the region of contact with the tubing. A welded copper/aluminium tube produced using the clamp for welding a copper/aluminium tube comprises a copper tube (2) with a bell-shaped front end, and an aluminium tube (1), the front end of the copper tube protruding into the inner wall of the aluminium tube, and a fin-shaped structure (7) as a reinforcing rib is provided on the outer wall of the aluminium tube and formed of molten liquid aluminium. The present invention ensures smoothness of the weld surface, saves on workflow, reduces the requirements for the production site, greatly improves production efficiency, lowers production costs, and makes the entire production process much smoother. Wear on the clamp is effectively reduced, increasing the service life of the grinder, increasing the strength of key joining points, and increasing the acceptance rate and the quality of the product.
