PURPOSE: A light-diffusing paint composition is provided to have optical properties like excellent luminance, total light transmittance, etc, and physical properties like adhesion, scratch resistance, etc. CONSTITUTION: A light-diffusing paint composition comprises 10-250 parts by weight of light-diffusing beads, 1-5 parts by weight of a dispersant, 5 parts by weight of an isocyanate hardener, and 50-200 parts by weight of solvent, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of hybrid acrylic binder resin, which is manufactured through the copolymerization of a mixture containing organic/inorganic hybrid and an acrylate monomer. The hybrid acrylic binder is manufactured through the polymerization of an acrylate monomer, a hydroxy-containing acrylate monomer, acrylic reactive hybrid, and carboxy-containing acrylic acid with an initiator at 60-110°C for 5-9 hours. |
