PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an elevator without confining passengers of the elevator in a car according to a power saving request from a building or an electrical power company.SOLUTION: An elevator information processing device 3 is connected to an elevator control device 6 for controlling the up/down motion of a car 17 and includes a power saving signal detection part 31 for taking in a power saving signal from the building 1 or the electrical power company 2, a controlled operation control part 32 for controlling so that the elevator is regularly operated or stopped, an automatic landing device 33 for using a battery 5 to move up/down the car to a nearest floor or a floor designated by the passenger, and a battery residual amount monitoring part 36 for monitoring the charging state or the residual amount of the battery. On the basis of the power saving signal detected by the power saving signal detection part 31, the controlled operation control part 32 moves up/down the car 17 to the nearest floor or the floor designated by the passenger correspondingly to the battery charging state or the level of the residual amount from the battery residual amount monitoring part 36 and stops the elevator. |
