PURPOSE: A tread block with improved drainage performance and a tire including the same are provided to facilitate absorbing rainwater into a tread block by expanding the inside space of the tread block and to minimize the rigidity degradation of a tread block. CONSTITUTION: A tread block with improved drainage performance comprises a first groove (211), a second groove (221), a first protrusion (212), and a second protrusion (222). The first groove is concavely formed in one side (21) of a sipe (2) and is connected to the sipe. The second groove is concavely formed in the other side (22) of the sipe to face one side of the sipe and is connected to the sipe. The first protrusion is formed in one side of the sipe. The first protrusion is protruding between neighboring first grooves. The second protrusion is formed in the other side of the sipe. The second protrusion is protruding between neighboring second grooves.
