PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous operations due to unintended instructions to a touch panel and space-savingly and easily start many applications in an information processing terminal on which a touch panel function is loaded.SOLUTION: An information processing device stores applications in a storage part by accepting installation instructions of applications. It stores start instruction information containing operation instruction patterns for starting the applications and applications which start in response to an operation as per one of the operation instruction patterns. It accepts an operation instruction by a user and determines whether the operation instruction is stored as an operation instruction pattern for starting one of the applications. If it is determined that the operation instruction is stored by the start instruction storage means as an operation instruction pattern for starting an application, it starts the application that is stored in association with the operation instruction pattern.
