<p>Process for cleaning a cigarette-producing machine or parts of this machine to remove particles such as dust, short tobacco and deposits adhering to machine parts comprises supplying the machine with a pressurized fluid in the gaseous, vapor and/or liquid state to separate loosely deposited or adhering particles, and removing by suction the dust and/or short tobacco particles disturbed by the fluid in the gaseous or vapor state. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for cleaning a cigarette-producing machine or parts of this machine. Preferred Features: Particles loosened from the machine parts by the fluid in the liquid and/or vapor state are removed by suction.</p> |
