PURPOSE: A pre-treating device of removing a core wire in a process of a filament is provided to increase an adhesive force in a connection with a socket by dissolving only a core wire inserted into a filament inner side except for a leg part wax-processed in an afterward core wire dissolving. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treating device of removing a core wire in a process of a filament comprises a rotating unit (21), a feed unit (22), a waxing processing unit (24), and a collecting unit (25). The rotating unit moves a filament fixing unit to a fixed rotation angle. The feed unit supplies the filament to the filament fixing unit. The waxing processing unit wax-processes in a leg part of the filament. The collecting unit collects by ejecting a filament wax-processed in the waxing processing unit.
