PURPOSE: A variable apparatus for cooling high temperature materials is provided to improve cooling efficiency, and to prevent deformation in the materials that might occur due to non-uniform cooling. CONSTITUTION: A variable apparatus for cooling high temperature materials comprises a device header (10), and a nozzle unit. The device header is pivotally formed on a moving route, and controls an injection angle. The nozzle unit is connected to the device header, and sprays a coolant to high temperature materials. One or more device headers are installed in a width direction of the high temperature material in order to control the angle of spraying the coolant by a driving unit (50). The driving unit is fixed to the device header, and comprises a rotary shaft connected to both sides of a motor and a bearing block.
