<p>PURPOSE: A transmitting method of PDSCH for a terminal, a terminal thereof, a receiving method of PDSCH A/N, and a base station thereof are provided to determine sources in which the response data to data reception is allocated when TDD settings of two element carrier waves are different in multiple carrier grouping environment. CONSTITUTION: A base station (1000) comprises a transmitter (1010), a receiver (1020), and a controller (1030). The transmitter transmits physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and PDCCH in a set downlink sub-frame. The receiver receives PDSCH ACK/NACK (A/C) through a specific uplink sub-frame in a specific element carrier wave. A controller extracts the PDSCH A/N of a first downlink sub-frame related to the specific uplink sub-frame which is determined based on time division duplex (TDD) of the specific element carrier wave. The controller extracts the PDSCH A/N of a second downlink sub-frame which does not belong to the first downlink sub-frame among the downlink sub-frames related to the specific uplink sub-frame which is determined based on a reference TDD setting of a terminal communicating by using multiple element carrier waves.
