<p>PURPOSE: An integrated circuit system is provided to give ID to each chip by using an identical chip which is included in multiple chips, thereby increasing a production yield. CONSTITUTION: A first chip (C1) includes a first node (N1). A second chip (C2) includes a second node (N2) and is formed by being laminated on the first chip. A channel (CH) is connected to the first node and the second node, and generates a potential difference between the first node and the second node. The first chip uses the voltage of the first node to generate first ID information corresponding to the first chip.
