PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nutrient-enriched grains is provided to manufacture nutrient-enriched grain additionally having various nutrients besides the nutrients included in grains such as rice. CONSTITUTION: A nutrition solution in which nutrients are dissolved in water is heated. Grains are dipped in the heated nutrition solution, stirred and applied with a first temperature impact. The dipped grains are dehydrated. The dehydrated grains are cooled and applied with a secondary temperature impact. The cooled grains are dried. The nutrients includes at least one among vitamin C powder, vitamin B2 powder, calcium powder, and collagen powder. The grains are at least one among unpolished rice, polished rice, glutinous rice, barley, beans, adlay, Foxtail millet, and sorghum.
