PURPOSE: A counterfeit bill identifying machine is provided to easily identify a counterfeit bill by optically identifying a stamp/signature of a counterfeit bill and a stamp/signature of an institution which represents each country which is displayed on each bill. CONSTITUTION: A stamp/signature counterfeit bill identifying machine includes a second lens housing (1) which is installed in order to see a stamp and a signature which are displayed on a bill by magnifying and in order to maintain a separation distance which is fixed vertically; and a lens housing (2) which includes a stamp/signature unit (5) which includes a stamp/signature display unit (51,52) of a real bill by being positioned in the lower part of the second lens housing. The lens housing includes the second lens housing in which a second lens (12) is installed in order to enhance a magnification of a lens (22).
