PURPOSE: A cultivation method of a pine mushroom is provided to enable mass production of the pine mushroom by removing elements which inhibits growth of mycelium. CONSTITUTION: A medium is produced mixing 0.8 kg of soil aroung pine tree, 0.6 kg of white clay, 0.2 kg of leaf mold, 0.2 kg of gravel, and 0.1 kg of barley compost. Pine mushroom mycelium is injected into the medium and the medium is cultured until the medium is covered with white mycelium maintaining interior temperature within 15-25 degreeC. A part with thickness of film and the medium thicker than 2 centimeter is removed when color of surface gets brown from yellow forming film along with hardening of the medium by increasing the interior temperature by 2-6 degree C but lower than 28 degreeC. The center of the medium is removed and cultured in an airtight container maintaining 19-28 degree C. The medium with the mycelium is removed from the airtight container.
